BN700 new grade for cast iron and ferrous powder metal
	BN700 has the highest CBN content of all Sumitomo CBN grades, which provides many advantages, such as high toughness, hardness and thermal conductivity. BN700 shows excellent performance in both high speed turning or milling of grey cast iron with good wear and thermal resistance, and ferrous powder metal turning with sharp and tough cutting edge.

Coated CBN grade BNC300 for heavy interrupted hard turning
	New line up of Sumitomo coated CBN grade called BNC300. It can offer heavy interrupted hard turning. The combination of extremely tough CBN and high wear resistance coating can provide excellent performance in wide range of interrupted hard cutting.

Sumiboron BNS800 solid CBN inserts
	This PcBN grade features a high CBN content and special binder phase for high fracture toughness and high thermal conductivity. BNS800 is suitable for rough and finishing machining of grey cast iron, alloyed cast iron and can be used wet or dry.

BNC80 new coated CBN grade for hard turning
	This „Multi-Corner“ insert with special ceramic coating to improve surface quality. Sumiboron substrate enhances edge strength and wear resistance making high precision machining with surface finishes as low as 1,6 Rz readily achieveable.This grade is ideal for turning components that previously relied on precision grinding machines for final machining.

BNC150 CBN grade for high cutting speed
	This new CBN „High Speed“ grade BNC150 is the next milestone of Sumitomo BNC-series.Suitable for continuous or light interrupted high speed cuttings with Vc=~150-300 m/min. This copper coloured grade features heat resistant CBN and a special TiCN-base ceramic coating thatprovides consistent and enhanced surface finishes across a broad range of application.

BNC200 reliable tool life on a wide range of applications
	Our coated CBN grade BNC200 offers safe reliable cutting, high constance of dimension and predictable tool life. The newly developed grade with enhanced edge strength is coated with TiAlN-base ceramic for excellent wear resistance and realises extended tool life even when interrupted cutting. This grade is especially suitable for medium speed machining and carburised surface.

Dimple Lock Holder for stable clamping
	This new „Dimple Lock“ holder for safe clamping of our BNS 800 full-CBN insert CNGX and SNGX typ. With the special formed clamping finger a high clamping force and rigid is possible.That improve tool life of inserts. Therefore a heavy roughing operation is practicable.

DA2200 PCD grade

DA2200, our PCD grade for efficient treatment of non-ferrous and non-metal materials (e.g. Al-based or Al-Si based parts). High strength and wear resistance enable high tool life for roughing operation turning and milling. The ultra fine grain PCD with extreme sharp chipping resistance cutting edge for finishing with excellent surface quality. In combination with our „Break-Master“ chip breaker best chip control is enabled.
