How can I apply for a job?
All vacancies are published on our careers page. Please apply primarily via the application form. You will find the link to this in the job advertisements.

Which application documents are required?
In addition to a letter of motivation (motivation to change) and curriculum vitae, the most recent work references should also be submitted.
How does the application process work?
Your application will be reviewed by the HR department and the responsible department. If your profile meets the requirements, we will invite you to a 30-minute video interview on MS Teams as a first step. If you have convinced us, a second personal interview will take place.
How does the interview proceed?
During the interview, we would like to learn more about your personality, skills and qualifications. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask your questions and get to know us as an employer. During the interview we will ask questions in English as well.
How do I know if a position is currently still available?
All jobs advertised on the careers page are up to date. Filled positions are deactivated and no longer appear on the careers page.
Is my personal data safe?
Of course, we comply with all data protection regulations. You can find more information in our privacy policy for job applications.

You will find visitor parking in front of our building. You can reach them through the second entrance. If you arrive by public transport, there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
Are travel expenses for an interview reimbursed?
If you travel by public transport, we will reimburse the ticket price upon presentation. If you travel by car, we will pay the travel costs in the amount of € 0.30 per driven kilometer.
Is there a dress code that should be followed for the interview?
Since we are a Japanese company, the dress code for the interview should be classic, conservative.
