Your responsibility

  • Preparation and coordination and of any accounting matters for the Polish Branch
  • Cost analysis and Supervision of accounts
  • Maintaining fixed asset accounting and conducting inventories
  • Fixed asset accounting and inventory
  • Presentations and (financial) reports for the Management and external institutions
  • Support of all Audits, Compliance & data protection
  • Administration tasks in the Branch e.g. insurance handling, fleet management, etc.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and taxation standards.
  • One or two years of working experience in Finance & Accounting & Administration in an international company or a corresponding university degree.
  • Advances knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Business Control is welcome.
  • Accurate and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Very good organization skills.
  • Fluent Polish language skills and fluent English language skills (B2 Level).
