Your responsibility

  • Issuing quotations
  • Telephone and e-mail customer service to Polish customers
  • Entering of orders into the system
  • Entering and changing of customers data
  • Invoicing
  • Creating of credit notes
  • Monitoring of deadlines
  • Administrative customers support e.g. claim handling
  • Taking care of Warehouse topics in the Branch
  • Close collaboration and support of Field Sales Engineers and Application Engineers in Poland and collaboration with HQ Germany
  • General correspondence
  • Insight into other departments due to absence replacement

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Inside Sales or in a similar position
  • Fluent Polish language skills and very good English language skills
  • Technical understanding and logical way of thinking
  • Accurate and solution-oriented way of working
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office package, in particular Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP (Navision) would be an advantage
