- Monitoring of deadlines
- Administrative customers support e.g. claim handling
- Taking care of Warehouse topics in the Branch
- Close collaboration and support of Field Sales Engineers and Application Engineers in Poland and collaboration with HQ Germany
- General correspondence
- Insight into other departments due to absence replacement
- Successfully completed commercial education
- 2-3 years of working experience in Inside Sales or in a similar position
- Fluent Polish language skills and very good English language skills
- Technical understanding and logical way of thinking
- Accurate and solution-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of the common MS Office package, in particular Excel
- Knowledge of ERP (Navision) would be an advantage
