Your responsibility
- Worldwide request, monitoring, and control of delivery times
- Scheduling and ordering
- Management of requests and offers
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the availability of required materials
- Invoice control and invoice posting
- General administrative activities within procurement
- Creating statistics
- Maintenance and administration of data
- Complaint handling
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience as a procurement administrator
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of an ERP system would be an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good communication skills and team spirit
